【比賽規則】

Femalegend 女力街舞嘉年華 B-Girl 7 to Smoke

• 預賽：於主舞台，依抽籤號碼順序上台Solo最終由 Ken Swift 選出 Last Chance 晉級與7位種子選手進行 7 To Smoke
• 決賽：ㄧ人45秒，計時30分鐘內取最高分者獲勝，平分兩邊都換人

Taipei Bboy City Breaking Crew Battle (每隊5至8人)

• 預賽：每場Battle 6分鐘，不能routine ，依據評審分數總合選出9強，9強選手加入7隊GUEST進行16強賽事
• 16強：每場Battle 6分鐘
• 8強： 每場Battle 8分鐘
• 4強： 每場Battle 8分鐘
• 決賽： 每場Battle 10分鐘

若人數超過50人，則海選分兩道。

預賽：每人一招 50秒 ，依據評審分數總合選出11強

11強選手加入5位GUEST進行16強賽事

• 16強：每場ㄧ招，每招 45 秒 
• 8強：每場兩招，每招 45 秒 
• 4強：每場三招，每招 45 秒 
• Final：每場三招，每招 45 秒

Taipei Bboy City Breaking Concrete footwork 7 to smoke

此項目僅收取台幣1元報名費，9/14前透過應援系統報名

除了單項報名concrete footwork的選手外，有參加任何breaking項目的選手都可以憑手環參加，不需另外報名。 （手環也可以參加晚上的after party)

• 預賽：選手在9/22 12:10-15:00間找到評審Intact 及 Crab，並向評審展現自己的排腿技巧。Intact 及 Crab 會決定晉級名單。
• 決賽：ㄧ人45秒，計時30分鐘內取最高分者獲勝，平分兩邊都換人

Femalegend 女力街舞嘉年華 Freestyle 2 on 2

• 海選：每組一招 ，每招 1分30秒，依據評審分數總合選出14強，14強選手進行對戰後選出7強後加入一組GUEST進行8強賽事
• 14強 ：一組一招，每招 1分30秒
• 8強： 一組兩招，每招 1分30秒
• 4強： 一組兩招，每招 1分30秒
• FINAL ：一組四招，每招 1分30秒

【報名費用】

• Breaking個人賽事：個人每一項目600元
• Breaking Crew Battle 一組4000元，最少5人，至多10人
• Femalegend 女力街舞嘉年華Freestyle 2 on 2 ：一組1200元

【報到流程】

1. 需提供所有人員證明身份之文件(身分證、健保卡、學生身份證明文件、護照等… )，報到時現場查驗，未通過者恕無法參與比賽。
2. 抽籤比賽號碼牌。
3.  報名賽事選手，請確實將貼紙貼於身上，以利評審進行海選。

【注意事項】

一、參賽作品須確保無發生侵害第三人著作權利之情事；如有抄襲、重製、侵權、誹謗、妨害風俗或違反其他法令等情形發生，除取消入選資格、追回全部得獎獎勵外，參賽者應負一切相關法律責任。

二、主辦單位將視賽事流程狀況保留接受報名與否之權利。

三、參賽者若因報名手續不完整，且未能於主辦單位通知後2日內完成補正，將視同放棄參賽資格，不得異議。

四、排舞參賽者請於報名時一併填報所使用音樂曲目清單，以利主辦單位代為辦理音樂著作權授權事宜，若填報後有更正者，須於賽前主動向主辦單位聯繫。

五、報名參賽之隊員，應事先確認自身健康狀況許可參與本活動，若因隱瞞致疾病發生之情事，概由當事人自行負責。

六、倘因音響、燈光、舞臺工作人員操作失誤而導致比賽無法正常進行，經評審同意後可重新表演；倘非上述因素而中止比賽，將視為主動棄權。

七、活動期間主辦單位將於現場進行專人錄影及拍照記錄，參賽選手不得有異議。為達到活動宣傳效果及系列報導之延續完整性，所有參賽者報名比賽即同意主辦單位授權於相關指定合作媒體或平台，不另計酬使用參賽者之姓名、肖像、賽事相關著作，於各相關活動宣材、報導刊登及廣播、電視、網路等媒體做播放或轉播。

八、依所得稅法規定，得獎金額、獎品超過新臺幣2萬元(含)以上之得獎者，需由活動承辦單位代扣10%稅金與1.9%二代健保，臺灣居住未滿183天之外僑人士不論得獎金額多寡皆扣20%。活動承辦單位將開立扣繳憑單提供得獎者報稅使用。

九、依中華民國稅法規定，獎項金額若超過新台幣 1仟元，獎項所得將列入個人年度綜合所得稅申報，故得獎人需依規定填寫並繳交相關收據方可領獎。若不願意配合，則視為自動棄權，不具得獎資格。

十、凡報名參加本比賽者，視為已充分瞭解本比賽規則中各條款，並同意完全遵守本規則所述之各項規定，若有資格不符等情事，經檢舉查證屬實，主辦單位有權取消該隊比賽資格。

十一、最新活動訊息以官網及粉絲專頁最新公告為準，本簡章相關事項如有疑義或其他未盡事宜，主辦單位保有解釋及變更之權利

There are no restrictions on identity or gender for registering in Breaking Solo Battle, Breaking Crew Battle , Concrete footwork 7 to smoke.

Bgirl 7 to Smoke and Femalegend Freestyle 2on2 is only open to biological female.

【Rules】

Femalegend B-Girl 7 to Smoke

• Preliminary Round: On the main stage, participants will take turns performing solo according to their draw numbers. Ken Swift will select the "Last Chance" winner, who will advance to compete with the 7 seeded dancers in the 7 To Smoke battle.
• 7 To Smoke: Each dancer will have 45 seconds to perform. The winner will be determined based on the highest score within 30 minutes. In case of a tie, both sides will switch dancers.

Taipei Bboy City Breaking Crew Battle (5 to 8 people per team)

Preliminary Round: Each battle is 6 minutes long, no routines allowed. The top 9 teams will be selected based on the total score from the judges.

The 9 selected teams will join 7 guest teams for the top 16 battle round.

• Top 16: Each battle is 6 minutes long
• Top 8: Each battle is 8 minutes long
• Top 4: Each battle is 8 minutes long
• Final: Each battle is 10 minutes long

Taipei Bboy City Breaking Solo Battle

If the number of participants exceeds 50, the preliminaries will be split into two groups.

Preliminary Round: Each person gets one round of 50 seconds. The top 11 will be selected based on the judges' total score.

The 11 selected participants will join 5 guests for the top 16 battle round.

• Top 16: One round per battle, 45 seconds per round
• Top 8: Two rounds per battle, 45 seconds per round
• Top 4: Three rounds per battle, 45 seconds per round
• Final: Three rounds per battle, 45 seconds per round

Taipei Bboy City Breaking Concrete Footwork 7 to Smoke

This event charges only a registration fee of 1 NTD. Registration must be completed through the support system before 9/14.

In addition to those who register exclusively for the Concrete Footwork category, any participants in other Breaking categories can join with their wristband without additional registration. (The wristband also grants entry to the After Party at night.)

• Preliminary Round: On 9/22, between 12:10 and 15:00, participants must find judge, Intact and Crab, and perform for him. Intact and Crab will decide the list of those advancing to the final.
• 7 To Smoke: Each participant gets 45 seconds. The highest score within the 30-minute time limit wins. In the event of a tie, both sides will switch competitors.

Femalegend Street Dance Carnival Freestyle 2 on 2

• Qualifiers: Each team performs 1 move, each move lasts 1 minute and 30 seconds. The top 14 teams will be selected based on the judges' scores. After the top 14 battles, 7 teams will advance to the next round, and 1 guest team will join for the top 8.
• Top 14: Each team performs 1 moves, each move lasts 1 minute and 30 seconds.
• Top 8: Each team performs 2 moves, each move lasts 1 minute and 30 seconds.
• Top 4: Each team performs 2 moves, each move lasts 1 minute and 30 seconds.
• Final: Each team performs 4 moves, each move lasts 1 minute and 30 seconds.

【Registration fees】

• Breaking Personal Category：600 NTD / per person.
• Breaking Crew Battle : 4000 NTD / per crew, at least 5 people, maximum 10 people.
• Femalegend Freestyle 2 on 2 : 1200 NTD / per crew.

【Notification to Check in】

1. Need to provide ID document (ID Card, Passport ... etc.).
2. Draw lots to decide preselection order.

All competitors need to put the stickers on to clearify the preselection order.

【Notification】

1. Participants must ensure that their entries do not infringe on the copyright rights of third parties. If plagiarism, reproduction, infringement, defamation, moral misconduct, or other legal violations occur, the participant will not only be disqualified and have to return all prizes but will also bear all related legal responsibilities.
2. The organizer reserves the right to accept or reject registrations based on the event’s progress.
3. If a participant's registration is incomplete and they fail to correct it within two days after being notified by the organizer, they will be deemed to have forfeited their participation rights and cannot object.
4. Dance participants must submit the list of music tracks they will use during registration to facilitate the organizer’s handling of music copyright authorization. If any changes are made after submission, participants must proactively contact the organizer before the competition.
5. Participants should ensure their health allows them to participate in this event. Any illness caused by concealing health issues will be the sole responsibility of the participant.
6. If the competition cannot proceed normally due to errors in sound, lighting, or stage operations, participants may perform again with the judges' approval. If the competition is interrupted for reasons other than those mentioned above, it will be considered a voluntary forfeit.
7. During the event, the organizer will record videos and take photos on-site, and participants cannot object. To achieve promotional effects and ensure continuity of reports, all participants agree that the organizer may use their names, likenesses, and competition-related works in materials for related events, reports, broadcasts, TV, internet media, etc., without additional compensation.
8. According to tax regulations, winners with prize amounts or items exceeding NTD 20,000 will have 10% tax and 1.9% second-generation health insurance premiums withheld by the event organizer. Foreign nationals residing in Taiwan for less than 183 days will have 20% tax withheld regardless of the prize amount. The organizer will issue a withholding certificate for tax filing purposes.
9. According to ROC tax regulations, if the prize amount exceeds NTD 1,000, it must be included in the individual’s annual income tax return. Winners must submit relevant receipts as required to claim their prize. If they refuse to comply, they will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and will not be eligible.
10. By registering for this competition, participants are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to abide by all the rules of this competition. If any disqualification issues arise and are verified, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the team’s eligibility.
11. The latest event information will be based on the announcements on the official website and fan page. The organizer reserves the right to interpret and amend any matters related to these rules if there are any ambiguities or unaddressed issues.
